IONIC CONTAMINATION TESTS ON PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS

Abstract

The paper presents the results of the effect of coating type on the amount of ionic contaminants present on printed circuit boards. The study was performed at the RT on the PCB with three types of coatings: HASL LF - lead-free, ENIG, OSP - organic coating.
